With startling speed, summer is bearing down on us in a blaze of humidity-filled glory. Rent, gas, electric, and cable bills were all just due, so I'm temporarily put out at the moment. That can't stop me from lusting over the new arrivals at Top Shop, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, and Modcloth. My goal this summer is to keep everything light, airy, and always subbing jewelry in lieu of the heavy layers I favored this winter.
